Ingredients
Frozen trout fillet: 1 3-4oz
Butter: 1 tbs
salt: 1/2 tsp
pepper: 1/2 tsp
thyme: 1/2 tsp
dill (fresh or dry): 1 tsp
garlic powder: 1 tsp
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 175 C / 350 F. Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper and place the rainbow trout filets inside.
Step 2: Soften the 1 Tbs of butter (use oil if you do not have butter)
Step 3: Mix salt and spices. Sprinkle over trout filets.
Step 4: Melt the butter and mix with chopped garlic. Spread on the trout filet. Finely chop the dill and also sprinkle on the trout. Cover the top with foil or fold the parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
