Juicy, tender, crispy fried chicken sandwich!

  1. Step 1: For larger chicken breast do step 2 other wise skip to 3
  2. Step 2: Cut the chicken breast in half long ways Then cut the two halves in half so you will have 4 cutlets.
  3. Step 3: If the breast is not as thick just cut in half short ways
  4. Step 4: With a meat tenderizer mallet or rolling pin flatten out the breast a little bit
  5. Step 5: In a container add the milk, vinegar/pickle juice and hot sauce
  6. Step 6: Set the chicken in the liquid and set for at least 30 minutes
  7. Step 7: In a seperate bowl combine flour and spices and whisk together thouroughly.
  8. Step 8: In a deep skillet or pan add about 1/3 in oil. want it to cover most of the breast but no fully
  9. Step 9: As oil is heating up of medium - medium high heat get the chicken ready to flour
  10. Step 10: drain the chicken out of the milk mixture
  11. Step 11: One filet at a time coat in the flour while pushing the chicken down into the flour as you coat
  12. Step 12: once those are ready and oil is hot (350) fry one side at a time for 4-5 minutes
  13. Step 13: once golden on both sides drain on a rack or plate with paper towel
  14. Step 14: Garnish on a brioche bun however you like! Cheese, tomato, pickles and condiments you choose!
