Leftover Chicken Bowl
Take that left over chicken or frozen precooked chicken and dress it up!

Ingredients
- Leftover/Precooked meat: 4 oz
- Frozen Rice: 1 cup
- chopped bellpepper : 1/2 cup
- chopped onion : 1/2 cup
- beans (any): 1 can
- shredded carrots: any amount
- Lettuce: any
Instructions
- Step 1: If using frozen precooked meat or rice follow instructions on packaging.
- Step 2: Chop up meat to bite sized pieces if not already small enought
- Step 3: Chop a bell pepper and onion. Can you use pre chopped or frozen medley of peppers and onion (follow package instructions)
- Step 4: Drain and rinse beans
- Step 5: Assemble bowl layer rice then meat then veggies in any order.
- Step 6: Top with shredded cheese and any sauces you may have or try one below!
