Step 1: Dice the mangoes *if using pre-frozen mango chunks skip to step 3.
Step 2: In a single layer freeze the mango chunks.
Step 3: Add the chunks to a blender or processor.
Step 4: Blend the chunks and add honey.
Step 5: While blending if the chunks are not breaking down enough add 1 tbs of water at a time until chunks break down -goal is a thick puree type of blend.
Step 6: Once smooth you can enjoy immediately of freeze again for 30 mins.
Step 7: Try some toppings: coconut flakes, nuts, other berries!
