Potato pancakes

Spice up your leftover mashed potatoes!

  1. Step 1: Take the 1 cup of leftover over mashed potaoes and add 1/2 cup of flour
  2. Step 2: Mix well until a dough forms, if the potatoes are thinner mixture add more flour
  3. Step 3: If adding more flour do about a tbs a time from the other 1/2 cup.
  4. Step 4: Once you have a firm dough and can easily shape in your hands (some residue on hands is expected) you can start making
  5. Step 5: Melt 2 tbps o butter in a pan
  6. Step 6: flatten your ball of dough into a pancake shape
  7. Step 7: Once butter is melted and pan is hot but not smoking.... fry on each side until golden brown
  8. Step 8: Top with salt and or pepper and even ketchup!
