Tomato and Egg Omelet
Gotta few eggs and a tomato? Whip them up with them sliced tomatoes!

Ingredients
- Eggs: 2 large
- tomato: 1 medium
- salt: to taste
- pepper: taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Whip together two eggs, and a splash of milk if you like.
- Step 2: Slice a tomato or if you have cherry tomatoes cut them in halve long-wise.
- Step 3: spray or add 1/2 tsb of butter to a skillet
- Step 4: over medium heat add sliced tomoto, or halved cherry tomato.
- Step 5: allow tomato to cook about a min
- Step 6: pour eggs over tomato.
- Step 7: salt and pepper to taste and let cook
- Step 8: Once egg cooks through you can add cheese and fold omelet over in half. Or garnish with other herbs or hot sauces you may have!
